1.6 K-Series (GK53FLL)

Details

Rare opportunity: high-spec thoroughbred Roadsport offering great value. MOT Apr 25.
Originally built for the 2004 Academy, this car went on to compete for three more years in the official Caterham Motorsport series Roadsport B and Roadsport A, winning multiple races and ultimately both Championships. During that time the engine was rebuilt twice by Minister Power, including upgrading to forged pistons. The engine is very strong and the chassis is original, hence the car is a superb runner.
In 2008 the car was fully stripped down, reskinned and repainted to bring it back to new, and returned to full road specification. Since then it has only done a few hundred road miles and has been garaged throughout. There is a small blemish in the rear panel and a few minor stone chips as to be expected, which have been reflected in the price.
Fully ready to enjoy on the road and the track with an MOT to 16 Apr 25, there are few, if any that offer better value.
